Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at thailand@highend-smoking.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: GG Warehouse (Thailand) Co., Ltd., 212/1 Ekkamai 16 Alley, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.

The costs of the return shipment must be borne by the sender. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please send us a picture or video so that we can evaluate your claim.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Highend Smoking Thailand reserves the right to refuse exchanges in all cases except for the following circumstances:

• The buyer receives a defective, unusable, and/or damaged item during shipping.

The buyer must record a video upon receiving the product/package and contact us within 72 hours after receiving the package. If it exceeds this time frame, Highend Smoking Thailand reserves the right to not take responsibility in any case.

Please note that the item cannot be returned or exchanged once unpacked/used.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please provide your bank details when asking for a refund so that we can send your money back within 10 business days after approving. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at thailand@highend-smoking.com.

Order Cancellation Policy
The buyer cannot cancel an order after Highend Smoking Thailand has successfully shipped the product. Highend Smoking Thailand reserves the right to cancel orders in all cases.
